Philips Engineering of Coalport, Shropshire started the business of converting petrol Land Rovers to diesels in the early 70’s. They hand built the plate for the conversion.

The Business went from strength to strength and as soon as Mark Philips Left school he joined his Dad and Uncle to help run the business.

Slowly over the years Discovery Breakers went into spare parts andits now run as a hobby. Stocks of cars and Range Rovers changes all the time, so check our online store regularly.

Cars now in stock and for sale range from 90’s 110’s 130’s RangeRovers / P38’s and classics to Discovery 200’s 300’s and TD5’s.

90% of our vehicles are accident damage vehicles, normally test run because we appreciate putting a bad gear box or engine in your car takes time.
